The Legend: Meltykiss is a legendary Japanese chocolate that is only sold in winter (usually October to March). This is because its melting point is much lower than standard chocolate, allowing it to "melt like snow" as soon as it hits your tongue.

The Flavor: This version features first-flush Nishio matcha (premium green tea) from Aichi Prefecture. It has a deep, earthy umami and a slight bitterness that perfectly balances the sweet Ecuadorian cacao.

The Texture: Each cube is coated in a fine layer of bitter cocoa powder. When you bite through the outer shell, the creamy matcha center practically dissolves instantly.
