Main Goal: A sophisticated, fruit-forward version of the Choco Pie using high-end Shine Muscat grape flavor, which is a prized luxury fruit in Japan.

The Structure:

The Cake: A soft, moist chocolate sponge.

The Filling: A double layer of Muscat-infused cream and a center of fragrant grape sauce or jam.

The Coating: Coated in smooth milk chocolate that creates a "marriage" of chocolate and floral grape notes.

Flavor Profile: It has a very distinct, sweet floral aroma typical of Japanese Muscat grapes. It’s light, refreshing, and less "heavy" than the Gateau Chocolat version.
